RESOLUTION NO. _2026-019
(A resolution of the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors)
AMENDMENT NO. 3 OF THE 2026 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2026 budget for the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District and
Subzones was adopted December 2, 2025, with Resolution 2025-042; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2026 budget;
and,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Board of Supervisors,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone
District Board of Supervisors that the 2026 budget, as approved in Resolution 2025-042, is
hereby amended, adding the following amounts to the budgets presented below and further
described in Exhibit A of this resolution:
