It was an oversight on our part, and your department's identification of the oversight avoided what may have been a very sticky problem. On January 18, 1995 the WTA Board of Directors passed a resolution correcting the oversight. An original of the Resolution is enclosed. We worked closely with your department in development of the resolution and with Richard Langabeer, WTA legal counsel. In addition, the resolution is similar to previous annexation resolutions of the WTA. Please review the document and advise the WTA on how we should proceed and what if any additional obligations or responsibilities that we may have. We appreciate the assistance that you and your staff have provided. If you have any questions, please direct them to Rick Gordon, Director of Service Development and project manager for the annexation. Mr. Gordon may be reached at 738-4584 (direct line) or 676-6843. Again, thank you for your assistance.
