A RESOLUTION ADDING A e COMMISSIONER
FOR WHATCOM WATER DISTRICT 13, WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, In compliance with the results of the initiative put forth by the
required number of registered voters within the District, and , passed by a
majority to add 2 additional Commissioners to the Board, the Commissioners
have conferred and agreed upon the 1st selection as the a member of Whatcom
County Water District 13 Board of Commissioners
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of Commissioners of Whatcom
County Water District 13, as follows: Richard Whitson has expressed interest in
the position of Interim Commissioner. The Board of Commissions hereby
appoints Richard Whitson to the position of 4t' Commissioner for Whatcom
County Water District 13
PASSED by the Board of Commissioners of the Whatcom County Water District
13, Whatcom County, Washington on the _16 th day of Jan 2007 by
an affirmative vote, --all— in favor none against, and signed by the
Commissioners on the sixteenth th day of January
2007.

have selected the 4th position to the Board of Commissioners of Whatcom
County Water District 13.
