WHEREAS, The Board of Commissioners of Whatcom County Water District #13 has been presented with a petition that meets the requirements for this process, outlined in RCW 57.12.015; and WHEREAS, the electoral officer of the county of which the District resides, being Whatcom County, Washington, is the Whatcom County Auditor, Shirley Forslof; now therefore BE IT RE VED by the Board of Commissioners of Whatcom County Water District #13 that they ar ormally requesting of the Whatcom County Auditor, Shirley Forslof that the option of incr sing the size of the Board be included on the ballot for a special election held in Whatcom unty November 7th, 2006.
