THIS MATTER came on for hearing before the undersigned Judge
upon the petition of Sewer District No. 2 of Whatcom County,
Washington for dissolution under RCW Chapter 53.48; and Richard
E. Jonson, counsel for the District and Susan Krenz of the
Whatcom County Treasurer's office appeared on behalf of the
District; and notice of this hearing was posted and published in
the manner required by RCW 53.48.030 and affidavits attesting
thereto are on file herein; and no person or firm otherwise
appeared and no objections or claims have been received by the
Court; and the Whatcom County Boundary Review Board has declined
jurisdiction over this matter; and it appearing to the Court that
the District has no assets other than cash; that it has refunded
the sum of $114,197.82 as excess assessments under District ULID
No. 1 in accordance with RCW 35.45.090; and after payment of such
refund and all other known claims, debts and expenses, the
District has on deposit with the Whatcom County Treasurer the sum
of $74,517.22; and the the Court having reviewed the petition of
the Board of Commissioners requesting this dissolution and having
heard the presentation of counsel and it appearing that the

proposed dissolution would be in the best interests of all
persons concerned, now therefore, it is
ORDERED that that the District is hereby dissolved and that
all remaining funds on hand shall, after payment of costs and
expenses, if any, shall be paid to the Whatcom County Treasurer
and placed to the credit of the FFe, dale School District.
