100% of the property owners in the territory designated.
PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY
TO THE COMMISSIONERS OF WHATCOM COUNTY WATER DISTRICT NO. 2:
WE, the undersigned, being the owners, according to the
records of the County Auditor of Whatcom County, Washington, of more
than sixty per cent (60%) of the area of land described as follows,
to -wit:
Lots 5 to 12 inclusive, Block 14, "Baker View Addition to
the City of Bellingham," Whatcom County, Washington, as
per the map thereof, recorded in Book 7 of Plats, pages
40 to 45, inclusive, in the Auditor's office of said
county and state.
which is contiguous to Whatcom County Water District No. 2 hereby
petition that said area of land as above described and as shown on
the accompanying plat, be annexed to said Whatcom County Water
District No. 2.
