Thomas ADMINISTRATOR Kathy Walker The purpose of this proposition is to provide $42,000 for the General Fund of the Point Roberts Park and Recreation District for operations and maintenance of the District. Such levy is to be made in 2009 for collection in 2010 and 2011. The district may use the proceeds of such levy during the 2010 and 2011 tax years, and may expend the proceeds of the levy to pay the general expenses of maintenance and operations as allowed by law.
