NOOKSACK VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 506
WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 11, 2020, a special election will be held by mail
ballot in the above named school district for the submission to the qualified electors of said
school district of the following proposition:
PROPOSITION NO. 1
NOOKSACK VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 506
RE PLACEMENT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND OPERATIONS LEVY
The Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 10 concerning educational
funding. This proposition authorizes the District to levy the following excess
taxes, to replace an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District, to
maintain current educational program funding levels and support the District's
educational programs, student services and operations:
