A resolution of the Board of Directors of Mount Baker School -District No 507,
Whatcom County, Washington, providing for the submission to the qualified

of the proposition of whether or not there should be levied an excess tax of
approximately $2.90 per thousand dollars of assessed valuation (based on 100% of
true and fair value) to provide $1,830,000 for the District's General Fund to pay
part of the general expenses of maintenance and operation of the District, such
levy to be made in 1996 for collection in 1997. And whether there should be
levied a further excess tax of approximately $3.00 per thousand dollars of assessed
valuation (based on 100% of true and fair value) to provide $1,950,000 for the
District's General Fund to pay part of the general expenses of maintenance and
operation of the District, such levy to be made in 1997 for collection in 1998.
WHEREAS, the money in and to be paid to the General fund of Mount Baker School
District No 507, Whatcom County, Washington, during the 1996-97 and 1997-98 and 1998-99
