The proposition would issue $46,000,000 of general obligation bonds and collect excess property taxes annually to repay the bonds to replace Lynden Middle School, replace and modernize portions of Fisher Elementary School, and refund certain outstanding bonds, the proceeds of which were used to acquire land.
