Resolution #621
A resolution amending Resolution 532 and establishing five commissioners districts
within Water District No. 10 boundaries.
WHEREAS, Resolution 532 established boundaries for three commissioner districts
and,
WHEREAS, registered voters, by the general election held in September 1997,
chose to increase the number of commissioners to from three to five and,
WHEREAS, RCW 57.12.039 requires that five commissioner districts be
established if the number of commissioners has increased,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 532 is amended to establish
five commissioner districts described as follows:
