Resolution to Establish Commissioner
Districts Within Water District No. 10
Boundaries
WHEREAS, commissioners are currently elected at large by
the registered voters within Water District No. 10 and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Water District No.
10 feel that it is in the best interest of the District to
establish commissioner districts and,
WHEREAS, the formation of commissioner districts is allowed
under R.C.W. 57.12.039,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following
commissioner districts be formed and shall be effective
beginning with the 1991 primary election:
Commissioner
District #: Precincts:
1 Valley East and Valley West
2 Geneva 1, Geneva 2 and Lake
3 Park 1, Park and Glenhaven
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 1991 election shall be
for Commissioner District No. 1, the 1993 election shall be for
Commissioner District No. 2 and the 1995 election shall be for
Commissioner District No. 3.
ADOPTED this twelfth day of July, 1991.

Pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, RCW 39.34 and RCW 56.08.060, the
Board of Commissioners of Water District 910 hereby requests that the City of
Bellingham provide interim management services for the District, subject to the execution
of a formal agreement between the District and the City.
We request that services start immediately and continue until a suitable manager has been
found for the District or other arrangements have been made. The District will reimburse
the City for direct and payroll costs incurred on behalf of the District.
