The annexation is a result of a petition by the property owners, and has been given favorable consideration by the Boundary Review Board. B; Couch Manager RESOLUTION NO, 245 A Resolution authorizing the annexation of hereinafter described property to Whatcom County Water District No. 10. WHEREAS, The Commissioners of Whatcom County Water District No. 10 have accepted a petition of the owners of the property described on the attached sheets marked Exhibit A and by reference made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, -The District has complied with the re- quirements of RCW 57.24.080 with respect to annexations and with RCW 36.93 with respect to the requirements of the Boundary Review Board, and WHEREAS, on February 8, 1979, the Whatcom County Boundary Review Board unanimously approved the annex- ation o:f the area, and therefore, NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of Whatcom County Water District No. 10 by this action shall accept the hereinafter described property by annexation to Whatcom County Water District No. 10 on the effective date of February 14, 1979. 0 Adopted " day February, 1979.
