THERFFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIoN OF pUELIC HOSPITAL DISTRICT NO. 304, SKAGIT COUNTY, TY, WLSHINGTON, as follows: Section 1. The public interest,. welfare and convenience of residents of the Doi strict recRiLire the District to improve and equip the Hospital pursuant to the plan described in Section 2 hereof, Section 2.
