RESOLUTION NO. 242
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS OF
GLACIER WATER DISTRICT AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 29, 55, 58, 69,
85, 90,101, 156, 157, 175 AND 212 CHANGING THE DATES AND TIME
OF REGULAR MEETINGS
WHEREAS, by prior Resolutions No. 29, 55, 58, 69, 85, 90,
175 and 212, the Commissioners of Glacier Water District hav
meeting dates and time of the regular meetings and now desire to
once more;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners
of Glacier Water District that the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. shall be
the regular meeting date for the District and all future meetings shall be so held
at the places designated therefore in the Resolutions of this District until future
act of this Board of Commissioners; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of Glacier Water District
is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Whatcom
County Treasurer and the Whatcom County Auditor.
The effective date of this resolution shall be March 26, 2018.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Water Commissioners of
Glacier Water District, Whatcom County, Washington, this 26t" day of March,
2018.
