With regard to EMS levies, RCW 84.52.069(2) requires that such propositions conform to RCW 29A.36.210. I reviewed the proposal of the Fire District and found it insufficient with those requirements. Therefore, applying the formatting requirements of RCW 29A.36.210 to District's resolution, I have rewritten the ballot title as shown below. Please use this alternative wording for the ballot.
