Home My WebLink About1967 - Fire Protection District 14 Annexation February 1967IN THE MATTER OF ANNEXATION TO ) WHATCOM COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION ) P E T I T I O N DISTRICT NO. 14 ) We, the undersigned petitioners, respectfully represent that we are qualified registered electors who reside within the boundaries of the area proposed to be annexed to the existing Whatcom County Fire Protection District No. 14, which area is outside of any incorporated city or town or any fire protection district, and we pray that the area, the boundaries of which are further described herein, shall be annexed to the existing Fire Protection District No•. 14; that the object of said annexation is to provide fire protection within the said area; that the enlargement of Whatcom County Fire Protection District No. 14, will be conducive to the public welfare, safety, and convenience, and will be a benefit to the property included therein.
