not included in any fire district and;
WHEREAS; the majority of residents have indicated by
petition that they would like to have fire protection for their
property and;
WHEREAS; Whatcom County Fire Protection District District NO
TEN can provide said fire protection;
THEREFOREi BE IT RESOLVED; that the area on exhibit A be
annexed into Whatcom County Fire Protection District No. 10.
