Should this proposition be: Approved: Rejected: Page 1 Concrete School District #11 Skagit County, Washington Resolution 897 WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the Concrete School District No. 11 Board of adequately represent all of the geographic areas for the district, and WHEREAS, with population changes it is becoming more difficult to find qualified for school director office under the current five director district system, and WHEREAS. Chapter 28A.343 RCW permits a school district.to dissolve its existing directors' districts and reapportion the district into no fewer than three directors' districts and more than two directors at large; and rWHEREAS, the Concrete School District wishes to dissolve its five existing directors' eapportion the district into three directors' districts and with two directors at large; said by el NOW, THEREFORE. IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of C District No. 11, Skagit County, Washington submit the following proposition to the strict of their approval or rejection at a special election held November 6, 2007 PROPOSITION NO. CONCRETE SCHOOL DISTRICT'. DISSOLUTION AND REAPPORTIONMENT OF DIRECTORS' DISTRICTS The Board of Directors of Concrete School District No. 11, Skagit County, Washington, adopted Resolution No. 897 concerning the dissolution and reapportionment of its director districts.
