I have also asked the district to confirm that the levy lid left is authorized under 84.55.050 which requires only a majority vote to pass. Another issue that I have is the wording Levy Lid Lift - Permanent in the heading. it does not appear to me to be permanent because the levy lid lift is for six years. What do you think?
