The District proposes, pursuant to RCW36.68.400, a general tax on taxable property within the District at a rate of $0.10 per $1,000.00 of assessed valuation subject to otherwise applicable statuary limits. This property tax levy would be collected for a four (4) year period, 2014 through 2017.
