attend a Memorial Bench Dedication Honoring Brandon Gipson on
Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the
Whatcom County Public Works Central Shop, 901 W. Smith Road, Bellingham,
WA 98226.
This event is private and not open to the public.
