Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Whatcom County Council's Criminal
Justice and Public Safety Committee and Finance and Administrative Services
Committee will attend and participate in a Special Meeting on Thursday,
September 25, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., for a Community
Conversations event with Whatcom County Councilmembers Tyler Byrd (District
3), Barry Buchanan (At -Large A), and Jon Scanlon (At -Large B).
Community Conversations is an event where county residents can speak directly
with councilmembers about the topics, questions, concerns, and ideas they care
about. No final action will be taken at this meeting.
This is an in -person meeting located at the Deming Library, 5044 Mt. Baker
Hwy, Deming, WA 98244. (Remote attendance is not available for this meeting)
