NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that that the Whatcom County Council hereby accepts the updated appendix as submitted by the Port of Bellingham; and BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that that the Whatcom County Council officially adopts this 2026 update to the 2022 Whatcom County Economic Development Strategy Appendix.
