NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that by the Whatcom County Council that the Bellingham Senior Center HVAC Replacement Fund be dissolved and its remaining cash balance be returned to the Real Estate Excise Tax Fund I.
