RESOLUTION NO. 2026-003
ACCEPTING THE TREASURER'S LIST OF PETITIONS
FOR PROPERTY TAX REFUNDS
WHEREAS, RCW 84.69.020 requires the County Treasurer to present a list of all
petitions for property tax refunds made during the previous year to the County Council, and;
WHEREAS, a list of the Whatcom County Treasurer's Property Tax Refunds is attached
to this resolution, and;
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council has received and reviewed the Treasurer's
list of property tax refunds consisting of the names of the persons receiving the refunds, the
amounts of the refunds, and reasons for the refunds in accordance with RCW 84.69.020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that the
Whatcom County Treasurer's property tax refunds list for 2025 has been reported to the
County legislative authority.
