Present: 7 - Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, Todd Donovan, Ben Elenbaas, Kaylee Galloway, Jon Scanlon, and Mark Stremler Announcements Committee Discussion Attorney Present: Chris Quinn. Galloway stated that discussion of agenda item one and two may take place in executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1)(b). Executive session will conclude no later than 9:15 a.m. If the meeting extends beyond the stated conclusion time, the Council chair will make a public announcement. Buchanan moved to go into executive session until no later than 9:15 a.m. to discuss the agenda items pursuant to the RCW citation as announced by the Council Chair. The motion was seconded by Byrd. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7 - Buchanan, Byrd, Donovan, Elenbaas, Galloway, Scanlon, and Stremler Nay: 0 Councilmembers entered executive session at 8:32 a.m. 1. AB2025-631 Discussion with Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor Chris Quinn regarding the potential lease or acquisition of real property [Discussion of this item may take place in executive session (closed to the public) pursuant to RCW 42.30. 110 (1)(b)] This agenda item was DISCUSSED. 2.
