RESOLUTION No. 2025-035
(A resolution of the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors)
AMENDMENDING THE 2025 FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT
AND SUBZONES BUDGET, REQUEST NO. 4 OF THE 2025 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2025 budget for the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District and
Subzones was adopted November 19, 2024, with Resolution 2024-050; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2025 budget-,
and,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation
by the Board of Supervisors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone
District Board of Supervisors that the 2025 budget, as approved in Resolution 2024-050, is
hereby amended, adding the following amounts to the budgets presented below and further
described in Exhibit A of this resolution.
