Washington State Association of Counties (WSAC) has requested a meeting with Councilmembers to
discuss the transfer of SWISS Group (San Juan, Whatcom, Island, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties)
administrative functions to WSAC and expectations from the County concerning the SWISS outcomes
