A RESOLUTION of the Board of Directors'of Point Roberts Park and
Recreation District fl , Whatcom County, Washington, providing for
the submission to the qualified electors of the district at the
Primary Election to be held therein on September_
proposition of whether or not there should be levied an excess tax
of approximately.$ per thousand dollars of assessed valuation

WHEREAS, the money "in and to be paid into the General Fund of the

of its necessary financial obligations; and
WHEREAS, in order to properly provide for said operation and
maintenance, it is deemed necessary that a tax of approximately $-o? per

Upen approval by the voters of Proposition No. 1 hereinafter set forth,

operations of the District as may be authorized or allowed by law for the use of
excess levy funds.
