Absentee Ballots for the May 16 1989 Blaine City Special Airport Advisory Ballot Election and the proposed Water District No. 18 Election in Acme are available from the Whatcom County Auditor's office, Auditor Shirley Forslof announced. A signed request is needed to get an absentee ballot, available only to registered voters in Blaine City and the proposed water district No. 18 in Acme. The request may either be brought to the office on the first floor of the County Courthouse in person or by messenger or mailed to: P. 0. Box 398, Bellingham, Wa 98227.
