WHOMS, the inflationary increase of operation har, exceeded the revenue, due to restrictions imposed by legislative action, from the property tax, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Fire Commissioners Of Whatcass County Fire District No. 8 submit a proposal to the qualified electors of said district requesting authorization to increase to $1.50 per thousand dollars of assessed valuation, which does not exceed the statutory limit authorized by law, without a vote of the resident electors of said district.
