AGENDA 6:00 — 6:05 pm Welcome and Purpose of this Town Hall Purpose: To share information about the Draft Justice Project Implementation Plan and hear community members' feedback. 6:05 — 6:25 pm History of the Justice Project and the potential Implementation Plan Projects 6:25 — 6:30 pm Review meeting process 6:30 — 7:55 Public comment (each person has 2 minutes for comments) Key Questions: • Do you have questions or concerns about any of the proposed implementation plan projects? • Which of these projects seems like they will make the biggest difference in our community? • What considerations are important for Council to think about regarding a new jail and new behavioral health facilities? 7:55- 8:00 pm Wrap up, Adjourn Note: This event is a Special Meeting of the Incarceration Prevention and Reduction Task Force (IPRTF) and a Special Meeting of the Whatcom County Council.
