NO. 504, WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING TO THE
QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE DISTRICT THE PROPOSITION TO PROVIDE $295,000.00
FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS. SAID ELECTION HELD ON FEBRUARY 8, 1983.

Pursuant to a notice given by Joan Ogden, County Auditor of Whatcom
County, Washington, the undersigned, Craig Cole, Chairperson of said
County Council and David S. Mc Eachran, Prosecuting Attorney of said
County, now meet with Joan Ogden, County Auditor of said County at the
seat of said County on the 15th day of February, 1983 for the purpose
of canvassing the votes cast in the Lynden School District No. 504
Election held within th6 voting precincts comprising said District in the
County of Whatcom, State of Washington, on the 8th day of February, 1983.
Joan Ogden, County Auditor as aforesaid, now makes oath as follows:

The undersigned, being the officers designated by the law and con-
stituting the canvassing board in and for the County of Whatcom, State
of Washington, hereby certify that the following is a true and correct
canvass of the votes polled in Whatcom County, State of Washington,
Lynden School District No. 504, which was held in certain voting precincts
in Whatcom County on Tuesday, February 8, 1983, as taken from the official
returns. That said statement and returns contain the total number of votes
cast. That the total number of votes cast in the voting precincts of
Lynden School District No. 504, Whatcom County, Washington, held on the
