Mc Eachran, Prosecuting Attorney of said County, now meet with Joan Ogden, County Auditor of said County at the seat of said County on the 15th day of February, 1983 for the purpose of canvassing the votes cast in the Lynden School District No. 504 Election held within th6 voting precincts comprising said District in the County of Whatcom, State of Washington, on the 8th day of February, 1983.
