CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION
On this date of November 24, 1982, we the Supervisors of
Consolidated Drainage Improvement District #31 do hereby de-
clare the results of the election for the expired term of one
position for supervisor, term ending January 2, 1983.
WHEREAS by order of the Supervisors of Consolidated Drain-
age Improvement District #31 a -legal election was notified and
held on November 23, 1982 at the Nooksack Valley High School.
located on Badger and Nooksack Roads, Everson, Washington,
Whatcom County and within the boundaries of the District.
WHEREAS two judges and one inspector were the polling
officials and the votes were cast and duly recorded.
WHEREAS we declare the results to be that Bastian Scholten
was elected. His term to begin on January 3, 1983 and ---to ex-
pire on January 4, 1987. •
