WHEREAS, in the judgment of the Hoard of Cemetery Commissioners of the District, it is essential and necessary for the betterment of increased operational and maintehance costs and to improve upon facilities, equipment and. personnel to be able to meet the demand for improved services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESPTTTFD BY THE BOARD OF CEYETERY COMMISSIONERS OF CEMETERY DISTRICT NO. 3'0 WHATCOM COUITTY, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLMS: Section 1. For the purpose of providing funds to improve facilities and procure equipment to maintain the same level of services for all electors of the District.
