We the undersigned, do hereby certify that the foregoing pages in Whatcom County Elections Records, Volume 5 is a true and correct canvass of the votes, except as modified by the votes of the absentee voters, polled in the County of Whatcom, State of Washington at the General Election held in that County on the first Tuesday, being the 3rd day of November, 1981, as taken from the official returns. That said statement and returns contain all the initiative measures, resolutions, and the names of all contestants together with the title of the office sought and the number of votes received.
