Griffin, Deputy Auditor of Whatcom County, Washington, we the undersigned, Shirley Van Zanten, Whatcom County Council Chairperson and David S. Mc Eachran, Prosecuting Attorney of Whatcom County, now meet with Peter J. Griffin, Deputy County Auditor of said County for the purpose of canvassing the votes cast in all of the precincts comprising the Northwest Park and Recreation District No. 2, Whatcom County, Washington, as shown on the poll books in Whatcom County, Washington.
