YOUR BALLOT CONSISTS OF: 1. A ballot card .with styrofoam backer. 2. A punching tool. 3. A pink envelope. 4. A manila envelope. 5. A ballot page or pages. HOW TO VOTE 1. Complete the Statement of Absentee Voter on the manila mailing envelope. 2. To the right of each measure or candidate on the ballot page is a number which corresponds to the numbered dot on the ballot card. 3. With ballot card on foam backer, use the punching tool and firmly punch out the black dot in the same square as the position number on the ballot card. 4. Write-in candidates may be voted for by using space provided on the ballot stub. Do not punch any position number on the ballot card for the race in which a write-in candidate is desired. 5. After you have finished voting, the ballot card and the styrofoam backer should be placed in the pink envelope. The pink envelope should be placed into the mailing envelope. Mail your ballot so that it will be postmarked the day of the election or sooner. 6. If you spoil the punch card ballot, use a pen to mark the ballot page. When returning your ballot, it will require first class postage. NORTHWEST PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT NO. 2 OF WHATCOM COUNTY, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION 81-4 A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF NORTH- WEST PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT NO. 2 OF WHATCOM COUNTY, TO AMEND RESOLUTIONS NO. 81-1 AND 81-2. WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Northwest Park and Recreation District No. 2 of Whatcom County, Washington, have become aware that the District may not pass a bond election for two years to be collected in equal amounts in each of the two years, WHEREAS, the Commissioners wish to request the citizens of the District to vote on a levy that will fund the maintenance and operation of the District for two years (1982 and 1983).
