Office of the Auditor of Whatcom County Bellingham, Washington November 21, 1979 Pursuant to a notice given by Joan Ogden, County Auditor of Whatcom County, Washington, we the undersigned, Shirley Van Zanted, Chairman of the Whatcom County Council and David S. Mc Eachran, Prosecuting Attorney of said County, now meet with Joan Ogden for the purpose of canvassing the votes cast in the County of Whatcom, at the General Election held on Tuesday, November 6, 1979, as shown on the poll books.
