Johnson, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of said County, and David S. Mc Eachran, Prosecuting Attorney of said county, now meet with Joan Ogden, County Auditor of said County for the purpose of canvassing the votes cast in the voting precincts of High Cascade School District No. 500, Whatcom County, Washington as shown on the poll books of the High Cascade School District precincts. The total number of absentee votes cast in the High Cascade School District No. 500 was 0. Joan Ogden, County Auditor, as aforesaid, now makes oath as follows: STATE OF WASHINGTON) ss. A copy of such notice of election containing a description of the boundaries of the proposed new district is attached hereto and is _ incorporated by reference as a part of this resolution.
