Office of the Auditor of Whatcom County, Washington Bellingham, Washington March 22, 1978 Pursuant to a notice given by Joan Ogden, County Auditor of Whatcom County, Washington, we the undersigned, Larry Mc Intyre, Acting Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of said county, and David S. Mc Eachran, Prosecuting Attorney of said county, now meet with Joan Ogden, County Auditor of said county, for the purpose of canvassing the votes cast in the voting precincts of Point Roberts Park and Recreation District, Whatcom County, Washington as shown on the poll books of the precincts. The total number of absentee votes cast in the Point Roberts Park and Recreation District was 3.
