Call To Order
Roll Call
Council Chair Barry Buchanan called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in a
hybrid meeting.
Present: 7 - Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, Todd Donovan, Ben Elenbaas, Kaylee Galloway,
Jon Scanlon, and Mark Stremler
Announcements
Committee Discussion
Attorney Present: None.
Buchanan stated that discussion of both agenda items may take place in
executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b). Executive session
will conclude no later than 9:25 a.m. If the meeting extends beyond the
stated conclusion time, Council Staff will make a public announcement.
Stremler moved to go into executive session until no later than 9:25 a.m. to
discuss the agenda item(s) pursuant to the RCW citation(s) as announced by
the Council Chair. The motion was seconded by Galloway.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6 - Buchanan, Elenbaas, Galloway, Donovan, Scanlon, and Stremler
Nay: 0
Out of the Meeting: 1 - Byrd
Buchanan stated the Council may take further action following the
executive session.
Councilmembers entered executive session at 8:35 a.m.
