p.m. in a hybrid meeting.

Scanlon moved that Buchanan be NOMINATED AND APPOINTED. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3 - Buchanan, Byrd, and Scanlon
Nay: 0
Buchanan was appointed as Chair.
