Committee member Kaylee Galloway called the meeting to order at 4:16
p.m. in a hybrid meeting.
Present: 3 - Kaylee Galloway, Jon Scanlon, and Mark Stremler
Also Present: Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, Todd Donovan, and Ben Elenbaas

1. A132024�-061_ Nomination and appointment of Committee Chair
Scanlon stated he would be interested in being chair.
Galloway moved that Scanlon be NOMINATED AND APPOINTED. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3 - Galloway, Scanlon, and Stremler
Nay: 0
Scanlon was appointed as Chair.
