Call To Order
Roll Call
Council Chair Barry Buchanan called the meeting to order at 11 a.m. in a
virtual meeting.
Present: 6 - Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, Todd Donovan, Ben Elenbaas, Kaylee Galloway,
and Kathy Kershner
Absent: 1 - Carol Frazey
Announcements
Council Discussion and Action
�. AB2023-841 Resolution amending Resolution 2023-Q50 to re -certify taxing district levies for
collection in 2024 to the County Assessor
Rebecca Xczar, County Assessor, stated at the last meeting there were
several blank spots in the exhibit for taxing districts that had not yet
submitted information or had submitted it incorrectly, so this is to make
corrections and to get those additions in there. She spoke about three
cemetery districts that did not submit anything at all and stated the Council
has the authority to go ahead and levy for them the same amount as last year.
She answered whether we just did not hear from those cemetery districts.
Donovan moved and Byrd seconded that the Resolution be APPROVED. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6 - Buchanan, Byrd, Donovan, Elenbaas, Galloway, and Kershner
Nay: 0
Absent: 1 - Frazey
