Kershner answered questions, including whether it has to only be serving agricultural uses, and whether they should docket it as a concept or whether they docket it with a section of the code where it would be targeted. The following people spoke: • Tyler Schroeder, Director of Administrative Services • Steve Roberge, Planning and Development Services Roberge stated it is a very distinct piece of code and would affect very few properties and situations. He answered questions about potential questions that might come up about the amendment. Galloway asked whether there is a time sensitivity to this because she would like to see it come back to the Committee of the Whole and have it be part of a broader conversation around what should be added to the docket.
