NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 2024 Whatcom County Annual Construction Program is hereby approved as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no changes be made in the program without the unanimous vote of the Whatcom County Council; and BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that upon approval, the 2024 Annual Construction Program be filed with the County Road Administration Board per WAC 136-16-040.
