To appropriate $199,800 in Health to fund Youth Cannabis and Tobacco Prevention Program from grant proceeds. 5. To appropriate $2,000 in Sheriff to reflect increase DEA grant contract #RL-21-0012; Increase 92. 6. To appropriate $5,000 in Sheriff to reflect increase DEA grant contract #RL-23-005.
