Committee Chair Kathy Kershner called the meeting to order at 1 p.m. in a
hybrid meeting.
Present: 3 - Carol Frazey, Kaylee Galloway, and Kathy Kershner

1. AB2023_-128 Discuss ordinance regarding installation of stop signs on certain county roads
Doug Ranney, Public Works Department, briefed the Councilmembers and
answered whether the intersection will be controlled as a "Y" or a "T"
intersection, whether there will be any feedback from community members
on this, whether this is going to have a public hearing tonight (see
AB2023-095), where the stop signs will go and what traffic will have the
right-of-way, what kind of feedback they might hear from the community,
and what the speed limit is.
